Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, as set out in your order confirmation email. arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services or any products purchased through them, to the extent such liability can be lawfully excluded.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law, including for personal injury caused by our negligence.
